Job Brief

• We are looking for a Female competitive Life Assurance and Insurance Marketing Executive to help our firm client’s expand its business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients
• You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly
• The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth, preserve and augment our firm client’s prestige.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
• Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors.
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
• Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements
As a Marketing Executive we would need you to have experience including:

• At least eight years’ relevant experience, ideally in a client-facing or commercial role
• Proven ability to work as a member of the team
• Degree educated
• Excellent computer usage
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Very quick to learn
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Flexibility.
