    Business Development Officer - Consulting

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORs

    Financial Performance Indicators

    • Ensure sales growth topline exceeds 90% of annual budgets viz:
    • Review requirements and vision of client’s needs.
    • Understand the voice of the client’s business.
    • Define metrics and measures.
    • Broker HR solutions with clients to meet business needs.

    Stakeholder Performance Management

    • Ensure Business strategy and Business performance exceed stakeholder expectation as outlined in annual divisional budget.
    • Identify, develop and implement competency framework for clients programs involving recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation, learning and growth.
    • Benchmark Bellforte’s implementation agenda against best practices.
    • Develop and implement guiding principles.
    • Maintain perspective and embed current people management trends.
    • Promote Bellforte’s brand and equity.

    Client  Performance Management

    • Exceed customer acquisition and retention benchmarks as outlined in annual divisional budgets.
    • Coach, mentor and guide all engagements with clients.
    • Facilitate, lead and drive all project management deliverables of clients.
    • Lead point of contact and coordination for all assignment components – including internal and external points of need.
    • Develop business strategies to meet client needs and close sales.
    • Staying up to date on new products and services to be able to provide client support services in timely, accurately and professional manner.
    • Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
    • Maintain existing client base and generate potential leads.
    • Act as primary contact for any client inquiries and concerns.
    • Analyze client issues and provide corrective actions.
    • Obtain client feedback and recommend service improvements.
    • Work closely with Managers to strengthen client relationships.
    • Develop innovative approaches to improve client service efficiency.
    • Develop quality service programs to ensure client retention and develop new business opportunities.
    • Assist management in preparing budgets, proposals and client presentations.
    • Maintain a database of client service and communication documents.
    • Following through on inquiries and projects to ensure completion
    • Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
    • Submit a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and periodic summary of achievements, closures, meetings/presentations to the Management.
