GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the company’s’ products, solutions and services; meeting customer needs. You will also be responsible for meeting designated revenue targets.

Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Preparation of sales documents I.e sales proposal, invoice and quote
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Accounts management i.e. After sales follow-up
• Provide market information and feedback to the team
• Represent WebExperts during sales exhibitions or conferences
• Churn management
• Preparation of monthly sales report and forecast
