    Quality Assurance & Quality Control Officer

    Responsibilities / Summary of Functions

    • Assist the implementation of the QA / QC management system at site.
    • Assist quality inspections with all the site subcontractors and vendors; and all nondestructive testing on site.
    • Coordinate all receipt inspections.
    • Distribute relevant QA / QC documentation to site subcontractors.
    • Assist in verification to make sure quality related site activities are in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
    • Participate in internal and external site audits.
    • Review site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met.
    • Assist with onsite and offsite vendor inspections.
    • Review vendors' QA / QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
    • Assist in the review of the Client's specification.
    • Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
    • Assist with the approval of the sites QC technical submitting to the Client
    • Review of supplier quality plans against contract requirements.
    • Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents
    • Assist in the review of vendors inspection procedures and personnel qualifications.
    • Review vendors material certificates.
    • Take part in vendor audits and surveillance.
    • Participate in the QA / QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel.
    • Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for hand over.
    • Issue of nonconformance reports.
    • Track all nonconformance reports.
    • Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
    • Coordinate with the owners representative on all quality issues relating to material procurement.
    • Monitor progress of all purchase requisitions.
    • Elaborate inspection and test programs.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Experience: 3 years experience as a QA / QC Officer
    • B.Sc. / B.Eng / HND in Engineering
    • Proven experience working in a Project management role in manufacturing, construction and / or oil and gas industries
    • Verifiable experience in the use of MS Office packages
    • QA / QC certifications and Training.

    • Sound knowledge in controlling of document and transmittal issuance
    • Ability to review test results in conformance to applicable codes and standards

    Loss Prevention Engineer


    Job Description

    • Make input on Technical Safety documents for facilities /assets design, operation and abandonment, in conformity with Group, Industry and Statutory requirements
    • Lead safety studies requiring release, explosion and dispersion models that predict consequences of accidental and design losses of products from process, storage, transport and distribution operations.
    • Lead the development of SCE Solution through the identification, verification and management of Safety Critical Elements, and assist in ensuring compliance with Safety Case Regulation and the Design and Construction Regulations for the Offshore oil and gas industry
    • Take part in the drafting of reference documents such as plans, procedures and guidelines within the context of Safety engineering scope, as it applies to Deepwater operations
    • Review HSE philosophies and criteria to be included for Pre-projects and Projects
    • Validate safety assessments required for obtaining licenses, permits and authorizations to operate
    • Review and validate requests raised for exemptions / derogations from applicable reference standards and rules regarding Technical Safety management
    • Participate in reviews for identifying, assessing and management of risks regarding Simultaneous Operations and Downgraded Situations
    • Monitor and report periodically to Management the implementation status of Technological Risks programs in Deepwater operational assets
    • Be involved in discussion with Nigerian Authorities / Total HQ for Deepwater District on major risk management initiatives and innovations
    • Participate in Safety Reviews regarding Site Modification Requests (including HAZID and HAZOP), ensuring conformity with the EP referential, as well Industry practice
    • Ensure that Safety Engineering standards and reference documents from HQ (directives, rules, specifications, and guidelines) are properly understood and cascaded to the Deepwater entities and operational sites
    • Maintain track of changes in Safety Engineering referential, codes and standards, and ensure the dissemination of same within the District
    • Prepare reports on performance of technical safety programs including major risk management, safety critical elements monitoring, process hazards analysis, safety reviews and risk assessments
    • Lead process safety events investigations, report and follow up corrective actions
    • Maintain performance measuring indicators and dashboard for process safety management in the District
    • Facilitate the execution of training plan for Technical Safety personnel in Deepwater District
    • Take part in HSE Committee meetings, promoting technical safety awareness
    • Participate in audits of installations and operations, checking for conformity to reference documents
    • Take part in incident and anomaly reporting, investigations and analyses
    • Ensure the follow-up and execution of actions from incident investigations, audit and inspections
    • Contribute in developing budgets for performing Safety Engineering studies for operating entities
    • Monitor and control incurred expenditure against budgets
    • Perform any other responsibilities to be assigned within technical safety scope

    Piping Engineer


    Responsibilities / Summary of Functions

    • The Piping Engineer / Manager will act in a managerial capacity and will ensure the good design of the material of the piping network both at technical and cost level
    • Issue technical part of inquiries, bid analysis and order for piping components
    • Interface with other Piping specialists, project specialists and designers
    • Refer to project piping and layout lead and to head of piping material section
    • Critical materials selection;

    Job Description/Purpose

    • Plan, Design and supervise work activities in the area of Civil/Structural Engineering
    • Provide HSE leadership commitment to project team members, contractors and contractors personnel.
    • The incumbent will ensure high quality, on time, and cost-effective execution of all Civil Engineering construction activities. Lead/participate in Project Execution meetings.

    Accountabilities

    Job Requirements

    • BSc or BEng. Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum 5 to 7 of experience in the upstream oil and gas production and processing industry (FEED, detail design, construction, installation, commissioning and start-up)
    • TA-3 certification ready
