Key Roles

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders across all sectors of the economy to promote the company’s interests and corporate strategy;
• Acquisition of new enterprise accounts in across various market segments;
• Expanding business with existing enterprise accounts and business retention as a main focus;

Key Accountabilities

• Overseeing ICT Enterprise solutions, taking overall responsibility for managing both the revenue, profit & loss (P&L) of Enterprise business
• Implementing Enterprise Sales and Marketing Strategy
• Conducting industry analyses and recommending strategies to enhance Company competitiveness and profitability
• Coordinating Network Solutions Designs and presales presentation
• Developing strategies to monitor sales and marketing performance and KPIs for employees
• Product evaluation, measurement and enhancement
• Coordinating tailor-made marketing solutions to increase competiveness and revenue
• Driving targets in the entire team in line with yearly sales budget.
• Coordinating product development and pricing
• Coordinating customer service and call quality assessment
• Championing Market intelligence, sales measurement and evaluation.
• Providing the company with direction on sales and share (volume and value) growth.

Requirements

• The job holder must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper) in Engineering, Computer Science or IT related discipline with a minimum of 10 years’ post qualification experience preferably in Enterprise Sales and within the Telecoms Industry. Possession of a Master’s degree and experience in managing strategic business will be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets;
• Over 10 years of successful solution-based selling experience: VPN, Data and Voice solutions; Data Centre & Hosting, IP Camera and Surveillance solutions.
• Possessing a Telecoms / Information Technology solution sales background will be an added advantage
• Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government
• Entrepreneurial drive;
• Delivering results - absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever changing business environment;
• Putting customers first – understand the needs, expectations and requirements of stakeholders;
• Communicating for impact - effective communication with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company;

Key Roles

• The Mobile Application Developer works to develop innovative mobile solutions using appropriate technologies.
• This developer will participate in enterprise development projects.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions.
• Work with users/stakeholders to determine functional requirements and specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions
• Utilize industry standards to develop mobile solutions to support business operations and provide value to customer base.

Job Requirements
Must-have Skills:

• The applicant MUST have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class, Upper Division) in any related discipline with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
• 3+ years developing mobile applications (Android or iOS).
• 3+ years using Xamarin / Xamarin Forms / Ionic frameworks.
• Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing patterns.
• Ability to define technical design for mobile application eco system (enterprise integration working with REST services, Vendor Mobile APIS, Push notifications, etc.).
• Worked on Social API integration, Core location APIs, Payment gateway integration, Google Maps, Web Views, and Push Notification Service.
• In App Purchase, Push Notification, Core Data, Storyboard, Auto-Layout, Adaptive Layout.
• Design Patterns such as Dependency Injection (DI) and Model-View-* (MVC/MVP/MVVM)
• 3+ years’ experience developing systems using .NET, C#, ASP.NET
• Deep understanding of web services and integration with third-party systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
• Ability to code from technical specifications.

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of developing with JavaScript, AngularJS, Typescript or any equivalent
• 3+ years developing mobile applications using AngularJS and Ionic.
• Strong knowledge of Objective C, Swift, Xcode, Cocoa
• Testing using NUnit, XUnit or any equivalent.
• Experience with using tools such as nuget, npm, gulp, and grunt.
• Experience with using git, or other solutions for Source control
• Experience with using features of Amazon AWS and or Microsoft Azure
• Strong in the following technologies: ASP.Net (C#), MVC, Razor, HTML, CSS, WCF, CSS/Bootstrap, JavaScript/JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery and Knockout), HTML5, LINQ, AJAX, UI/UX Design, Entity Framework.
• Expertise within the .NET Framework is important as well as full exposure to the software development life cycle.
• Thorough understanding of multi-tiered applications.
• Socket Programming, Network Programming, Chat Servers, XMPP and SIP Library Exposures in a production environment is an added advantage.
