Job Description

• Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE) is soliciting for reputable Law Firms to provide Constitution Review Consultancy
• To review and update the existing WEWE Constitution. The successful firm must have prior knowledge of how to develop non-governmental organisation (NGO) or association Constitution and strong capacity to build NGO’s governance structure and controls.
• The amended Constitution is expected to govern the corporate governance structure of WEWE and regulate the relationship between the Board of Trustees and the organisation's management team.

• Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE) is soliciting for reputable Law Firms to provide Related Party Transaction Consultancy.
• To conduct a due diligence on WEWE’s vendors and procurements for related party dealings.
• The successful firm must have prior knowledge to conduct due diligence AND strong capacity to audit WEWE’s procurement database to ensure that WEWE vendors and suppliers are not businesses related to any employee, member of the Board of Trustees, or management of WEWE in line with WEWE’s Conflict of Interest Policy.
