Job Description
- Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE) is soliciting for reputable Law Firms to provide Related Party Transaction Consultancy.
- To conduct a due diligence on WEWE’s vendors and procurements for related party dealings.
- The successful firm must have prior knowledge to conduct due diligence AND strong capacity to audit WEWE’s procurement database to ensure that WEWE vendors and suppliers are not businesses related to any employee, member of the Board of Trustees, or management of WEWE in line with WEWE’s Conflict of Interest Policy.
