Job Description
- Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE) is soliciting for reputable Law Firms to provide Constitution Review Consultancy
- To review and update the existing WEWE Constitution. The successful firm must have prior knowledge of how to develop non-governmental organisation (NGO) or association Constitution and strong capacity to build NGO’s governance structure and controls.
- The amended Constitution is expected to govern the corporate governance structure of WEWE and regulate the relationship between the Board of Trustees and the organisation's management team.
