Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough supervision of personal conduct and discipline.
• Ensure the drinks are replenished through daily requisition.
• Participate in stock taking to curb fraud.
• Report any deficiency at the bar.
• Attend to customer complaints and report serious cases to the manager.
• Ensure the bar is properly cleaned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, OND or any relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong people and process management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent english, written and spoken.

Remuneration

• N51,000.00  only after all statutory deductions

• Ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment and work area as you go
• Comply at all times with HACCP procedures, good hygiene and production practices.
• Record the handling time and temperatures of all meals plated/tray set at the beginning and end of the process
• Cover, label and store decanted products.
• Cling film, colour code and properly store all bulk items
