Qualifications

• Possession of a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management, Architecture or any of the other academic disciplines in the Environmental Sciences from a recognized Institution with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division), plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption.
• Possession of a Master Degree is compulsory while a Ph.D will be an added advantage.
• Possession of professionally recognized certificate(s) with current practicing license, as well as not less than fifteen (15 years of post qualification practical experience.
• Possession of at least eight (8 years of relevant experience in a senior management position preferably in a University or a comparable institution of higher learning.
• Registration with the relevant Professional Body, such as, Architecture Regulation Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Quantity Surveying Regulation Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), etc.
• Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant packages.

Qualifications

• Possession of a good honors degree in relevant fields from a recognized University.
• Attainment of the rank of a Major or its equivalent in the Nigerian Military, Police Force or any other Security agency.
• Holding of superior command position in policing and/or intelligence-gathering corps of the agency served in will be an added advantage.
• Must have been in the senior Security position for not less than twelve (12) years.
