Possession of a B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management, Architecture or any of the other academic disciplines in the Environmental Sciences from a recognized Institution with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division), plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption.
Possession of a Master Degree is compulsory while a Ph.D will be an added advantage.
Possession of professionally recognized certificate(s) with current practicing license, as well as not less than fifteen (15 years of post qualification practical experience.
Possession of at least eight (8 years of relevant experience in a senior management position preferably in a University or a comparable institution of higher learning.
Registration with the relevant Professional Body, such as, Architecture Regulation Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Quantity Surveying Regulation Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), etc.
Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of relevant packages.
