    Job Description and Duties

    • Clean rooms, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms and hallways
    • Vacuum and wash carpets and rugs
    • Empty wastepaper baskets and ashtrays
    • Transport trash to waste disposal equipment
    • Dust and polish wooden surfaces and furniture
    • Replace light bulbs and repair fixtures
    • Replenish bathroom and mini bar supplies
    • Make sure all assigned areas of the hotel are clean, neat, and tidy and other organizing tasks assigned by the employer

    Qualification Experience:
    OND and/or it’s equivalent with a minimum of 2years relevant working experience

    Job description and duties

    • Meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
    • Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
    • Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
    • Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
    • Responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
    • Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times.
    • Administer all routes of reservations (eg, online, phone) to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately.
    • Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
    • Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.
    • Report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager.
    • To undertake other duties assigned by managment

    Qualification Experience:
    BSc, HND and/or it’s equivalent with a minimum of 2years relevant working experience

    Kitchen Assistant

    • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
    • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
    • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients

    • Disposing of rubbish

    Key Responsibilities

    • Highly skilled professional cook who oversees the operations of kitchen and dinning
    • Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labor, and overhead costs.
    • To ensure that production is correctly executed and that products comply with the technical sheets
    • To ensure the quality levels of products and services
    • To manage his or her staff: training, motivating and structuring the team. He or she also ensures a good working atmosphere
    • To provide rigorous management: controlling raw material stocks, especially in terms of their cost
    • Expected to modify and create new menus as needed
    • Ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule
    • Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
    • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
    • Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
    • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
    • Perform other duties as directed.

    Qualification Experience:
    BSc., HND and/or it’s equivalent  with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
