    Our company, Swift Networks is an Indigenous Internet Service Provider Company with outlets spread all over Lagos State. Our core services are the provision of high speed internet services, telephony and IP – VPN services to both residential and enterprise subscribers.

    Human Resources Officer


    Overall Objective: Ensure that all company assets, tools and the environment of the Company are maintained to the highest quality standards (2) That Human resources policies and procedures are strictly adhered to in  the  smooth running of the depart

    Areas of Responsibilities:

    Training and Development:

    • Implementation of  the approved yearly training plan – informing nominees at least two weeks to the commencement of the training
    • Revise and update training plan based on any exigencies (cancelled courses, etc)
    • Extract training and developmental recommendations from evaluation forms/ HODs/Supervisors  – to serve as inputs to the training plan
    • Process the application for approval of training courses to be submitted to ITF office (at least two weeks before the commencement of the training)

     Recruitment, Selection and Placement:

    • Co-ordinate recruitment efforts: conduct aptitude tests and co-ordinate interviews 
    • Assist in the on boarding/induction process  of new hires

    Personnel Records and Documentations:

    • Ensure all inputs (resumptions, reviews, promotions, vacations, etc.) are made available to the finance dept as at when due 
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of personnel records: staff lists, (taking into consideration resumption, resignation, etc); addresses and contact information 
    • Prepare the Monthly Personnel Records (MPRS) taking into consideration resumptions, resignations, Vacations, trainings etc.

    Administration of HR Policies:

    • Maintain an up-to-date record of all HRM policies, procedures and SOPs 
    • Ensure all activities in the department are in accordance with approved policies and maintain utmost confidentiality on all HR related issues

    Attendance Management:

    • Produce monthly attendance statistics tracking absenteeism (giving explanations e.g. illness; excuse from duty); vacations; punctuality, etc

    Work environment/Admin Function:

    • Maintain a record of all relevant information on all company’s cars        
    • Ensure offices and conveniences are clean at all times by effectively supervising the cleaners
    • Maintain the insurance policies and documents on all vehicles of the company.
    • Ensure that all consumables required for the smooth running of the firm are available as at when needed.
    • Ensure that all assets, tools and the environment of SNL  are maintained to the highest quality standards 
    • Direct supervision of the following administrative functions:
    1. -                  Office Assistant
    2. -                  Drivers
    3. -                  Cleaners
    • Assist in liaising with CUG provider and ensuring that lines are working perfectly at all times
    • Regularly collect suggestions placed in notice boards and bring to the attention of the HRM


    Health and Safety:

    • Assist in organizing all safety – related Trainings 
    • Ensure all First Aid Boxes/ all safety gadgets such as fire extinguishers, etc  are adequate for company’s use 
    • Carry out other duties that may be assigned by the Head, Human Resources

    Minimum Qualification and Experience

    • A first degree in the Social Sciences or a related discipline with a minimum of 2nd class honors (Upper division), from a reputable university.
    •  At least three (3) years Post NYSC working experience in a similar role.

    Senior Application Developer


    Job Objectives

    The candidate will be responsible for effective design, development and implementation of varying web and database applications and support.

    Key Output

    • Design, develop, and implement Web Applications
    • Applications customization, testing, integration, implementation and support
    • Reporting, monitoring applications performance, system analysis and improvements
    • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our vendors to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
    • Resolving escalated customer complaints with minimum or no assistance from the manager or team lead

     Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of database(Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) development and administration skills
    • Experience in development languages/environments including .NET (C#, VB), ASP, JavaScript, JQuery, VBScript XML etc
    • Experience in the following software: C/C++ and Crystal Reports
    • Knowledge of Windows OS and LINUX/UNIX operating systems
    • Knowledge of Microtik router an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of Web services and implementation
    • Ability to write and optimize database scripts is a must
    • Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Excellent communication (verbal& written) skills
    • A good team player

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer


    The Dynamics CRM/.NET Developer will work to develop innovative business solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and Microsoft .Net.

             § This developer will participate in enterprise Microsoft Dynamics CRM development projects.

    • § Participate in requirements gathering sessions.
    • § Work with users/stakeholders to determine functional requirements and specifications.
    • § Design, develop, test, and deploy custom CRM solutions.
    • § Utilize .NET, javascript, and ASP.NET to customize CRM solutions where out-of-the-box configuration is not sufficient.
    • § Customize business process flows and the Service Automation areas to meet client needs. 

    Must have skills:

    • § 3+ years’ experience developing systems using .NET, C#, ASP.NET
    • § Strong experience with Dynamics CRM customization/configuration
    • § Strong oral and written communication skills
    • § Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
    • § Ability to code from technical specifications

    Technical skills:

    • § Microsoft Dynamics 2011 - 2013 – Development / Configuration.
    • § Specific experience in entity customization, plug-in development, workflow development, JavaScript
    • § .Net 4.0 : C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, winforms, user controls, web services, Javascript
    • § SQL Server 2008/2012 (T-SQL, Performance Tuning, DTS) or Oracle (PL/SQL),
    • § Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
    • § Expertise within the .NET Framework is important as well as full exposure to the software development life cycle.
    • § Thorough understanding of multi-tiered applications.
    • § Database Development: SQL Server w/ Stored Procedures.
    • § Development Methodologies: OOP, Unit Testing. Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI)

    Experience with XML, XSLT, Ajax, Microsoft Application Blocks, and semantic web technologies a plus.

    Minimum Qualification and Experience
