Website & CRM Operations Officer at Onyx Beauty Hub

Role Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to manage daily website updates, product uploads, pricing accuracy, and internal system optimization
• . The ideal candidate will ensure seamless digital operations across the company’s website, CRM, wholesale portal, and Telegram channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload new products and maintain accurate product listings on the website
• Update prices, promotions, stock status, and product descriptions promptly
• Monitor website functionality and report/resolve technical issues
• Manage and optimize the company’s CRM for customer data accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Support internal automation and process improvements across digital tools
• Maintain and update the wholesale page/portal
• Manage and organize Telegram channels/groups for business use
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on campaign updates
• Ensure data integrity, proper tagging, and structured product categorization
• Generate basic performance and inventory reports as required
• Liaise with developers or vendors when advanced technical fixes are needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience managing websites or e-commerce backends
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic automation workflows
• Basic understanding of SEO and product optimization is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₦180,000 Net
• Transport Allowance: ₦20,000 monthly
