Education, Qualifications & Experiences

•     You should ideally have a degree in physiotherapy/wellness/sport field with previous supervisory experience, preferably within a five star international hotel.
•     You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and positively contribute to sales activities along with the ability to solve problems effectively.
•     Computer knowledge is a must.
•     Previous African and preopening experiences are preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is an essential.

Knowledge & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a good wellness/sport background and excellent customer focused attitude. You have excellent guest relations, problem solving and time management skills, be result oriented, proactive, an innovative thinker with the ability to lead, motivate and improvise in all situations and you should possess following competencies:

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

•     You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experience in a similar role for minimum two years within the Reservations / Revenue Department of a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential. Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera is a must.
•     Previous African and preopening experiences are preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is an essential.
