    Head, Strategy & Governance

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head, Strategy & Governance to drive business growth, lead complex advisory engagements, and strengthen our governance and strategy offerings.

    Role Overview

    • The Head, Strategy & Governance will be responsible for growing the Advisory business by identifying client needs, developing relevant products and services, and leading the execution of strategy, governance, and transformation projects.
    • The role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and the ability to manage subject matter experts and consultants across multiple engagements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead strategy development and implementation engagements for clients.
    • Deliver board evaluation, board recruitment, and board/strategy retreat assignments.
    • Provide governance and strategy advisory services to boards, executives, and SMEs.
    • Drive business development initiatives and expand FITC Advisory’s client portfolio.
    • Scope, plan, and oversee the delivery of strategy, governance, and transformation projects.
    • Manage and coordinate subject matter experts and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
    • Support clients on corporate transformation and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Master’sdegree preferred.
    • 9– 11 years of work experience, with at least 5 years directly relevant to strategy, governance advisory, and team leadership in a big four (4) organizations.
    • Proven experience leading strategy and governance engagements, and account management.
    • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow advisory business and manage client relationships.

    Head, Digital Marketing & Brand Communications

    Job Summary

    • FITC is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and commercially focused professional to lead its Digital Marketing & Brand Communications function.
    • The successful candidate will drive brand visibility, digital transformation, customer acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing and corporate communication strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing, branding, and digital growth strategies.
    • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
    • Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
    • Lead corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Manage digital marketing channels and marketing automation platforms.
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
    • Monitor marketing performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
    • 12–15 years progressive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
    • Minimum of 6 years in a senior leadership role.

    Professional Certifications (Mandatory):

    • Candidates must possess relevant certifications and memberships such as: CIM (UK) / CIMN, NIMN, NIPR / CIPR, DMI, Google, Meta, HubSpot Certifications
