Responsibilities

• Assist customers with making accurate travel bookings.
• Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to prospective passengers.
• Provide support for passengers by fielding diverse questions on travel arrangements.
• Assist passengers with planing their trips.
• Assist customers to make and confirm reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements.

Requirement

• 1 year work experience in Travel Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be good with MS Office.

Job Description

The recruitment analyst will assist in implementing an effective and efficient end –to-end recruitment process, attracting the best-fit employee to fill outsourcing talent needs.
Job Responsibilities

•Timely hire of quality candidates

• Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, screening of applications, scheduling interviews, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and requesting managers/departments) including the recruitment administration for clients
• Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)
• Develop a steady pool of quality internal and external talents
• Explore new recruitment channels and give recommendations to Recruitment Manager
• Preparation of weekly manpower report and quarterly recruitment plan
• Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 1year *cognate* work experience as a recruitment analyst in a HR Consulting firm.
• Demonstrate self-confidence and enjoy presenting and public speaking.
• Must hold at Least a Degree in any relevant course.

Skills required

• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as meet deadlines.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
