Ticketing Officer

Our client, a leading travel company on the mainland, Lagos is currently looking to fill the role of a Ticketing Officer.
Location: Lagos (Mainland)
Industry: Travel

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with making accurate travel bookings.
- Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to prospective passengers.
- Provide support for passengers by fielding diverse questions on travel arrangements.
- Assist passengers with planing their trips.
- Assist customers to make and confirm reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
Requirement
- 1 year work experience in Travel Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be good with MS Office.
