Main Accountabilities

• Ability to ride motorcycle
• Ensure proper display of products before commencement of sales
• Ensure kiosk surrounding and the ambiance meets hygiene standard
• Uphold hospitable value to customers, i.e. smiling and welcoming customers in the Tastee way and delivering highest reputation to augment sales.
• Adhere to sales strategies i.e. upselling, cross selling etc.
• Ensure all prices are updated following new pricing decision by Management
• Ensure proper records of all products passed to kiosk for sales to avoid product shortage
• Absorb special order and channel appropriately
• Checks/certify and ensure that all products meets the company standard
• Monitors products availability, to prevent stock out
• Handle customer complaints, enlighten team member to avoid any misunderstanding that could come up between kiosk team and customers.
• Portion, machine products, prepare sales reports and rectify all issues resulting from kiosk sales reports
• Collate and submit sales proceeds
• Ensure regular review of kiosk sales performance for improvement
• Identify & suggests current and future trends that appeal to customers
• Maintain the gadgets for kiosk operations
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of stock at the front end
• Cash count of main cash (sales) and petty cash with the cashier.
• Cash evacuation at the front end and reconciliation of machine print out receipts.
• Physical verification of all supplies from Warehouse/ CPU and suppliers of perishable and non-perishable items
• Signing of all authorized expenses in the outlet in accordance with approval
• Auditing of Product Transfer Note (PTN) and comparison with Product Movement form (PMF).
• Review of daily product comparative analysis (DPCS) report to ascertain product shortages
• Material usage report
• Daily stock taking of closing items at the production unit
• Review of stock control sheet from production unit.
• Review of accounts payable report
• Review of the bank lodgments.
