Job Description

• The Surface Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the design, engineering, construction, commissioning, operation, and optimization of oil and gas surface production facilities.
• This role ensures facilities are safe, reliable, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory and company standards while supporting production targets throughout the asset lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering. Master's degree (preferred).
• Professional Engineering registration is an advantage.
• 12–20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• 5–10 years in engineering leadership or management.
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield developments.
• Offshore and/or onshore facilities experience. Experience with EPC projects and commissioning.
