    Strategy Analyst

    Job Description

    • The Strategy Analyst will support executive leadership in driving data-driven decision-making across the Group’s diverse portfolio, including engineering, FMCG, financial services, and hospitality.
    • The role focuses on strategic analysis, business performance evaluation, market intelligence, and execution support, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and operational outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • The Strategy Analyst will analyze internal and external data to support corporate and business-unit strategy development. This includes conducting market, financial, and operational analyses to identify growth opportunities, cost-optimization initiatives, and performance gaps across subsidiaries.
    • The role involves preparing strategy briefs, business cases, dashboards, and executive presentations for senior management and the board. The analyst will support strategic planning cycles, performance reviews, and investment evaluations while tracking KPIs and strategic initiatives across business units.
    • The Strategy Analyst will also work closely with operations, finance, project teams, and external consultants to support the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and outcomes are monitored effectively.

    Project & Programme Support (Added Advantage):

    • Experience in project or programme management will be an added advantage. The candidate may support group-wide strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and supporting post-implementation reviews to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Data/Analytics, or related fields
    • A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is an advantage
    • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, analytics, finance, or business analysis
    • Experience working across multiple sectors (engineering, FMCG, finance, hospitality) is a strong advantage

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Financial modeling, business case development, and data interpretation
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
    • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior leadership
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

    Professional Certifications (Added Advantage):

    • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Program Management certifications
    • CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or other finance/strategy-related certifications
    • Strategy, data analytics, or consulting certifications are a plus

    Career Growth:

    • This role offers exposure to executive decision-making, multi-industry strategy, and high-impact projects, with potential progression into Strategy Manager, Corporate Development, or Programme Lead

    Salary
    N200,000 / month.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • The Accountant at Nosagie Holdings will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records across the group’s Strategic Business Units, which include engineering, education, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, and finance.
    • The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and monitoring the flow of income and expenditure to support effective decision-making.
    • The Accountant will handle general ledger reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee payroll, and ensure timely preparation of tax returns and statutory filings.
    • In addition, the role requires assisting in budget preparation, monitoring budget performance, and supporting audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
    • The Accountant will work closely with management to provide insights on financial performance, highlight areas for cost control, and ensure transparency in all financial dealings.
    • This position demands accuracy, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple accounts across different sectors, while adapting to the unique financial reporting needs of each business unit.
    • The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years experience.

    Salary
    N170,000 - N250,000 / Month.

    Auditor

    Responsibilities

    • The Auditor at Nosagie Holdings will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the financial and operational processes of the group’s Strategic Business Units, which include engineering, education, hospitality, FMCG, healthcare, and finance.
    • The role requires carrying out independent and objective assessments of financial records, internal controls, risk management systems, and regulatory compliance across all subsidiaries.
    • The Auditor will ensure accuracy in reporting, detect irregularities, and provide recommendations that promote transparency, accountability, and efficiency in operations.
    • In addition, the role involves preparing detailed audit reports, presenting findings to management, and following up on the implementation of corrective actions.
    • The Auditor will also assess the effectiveness of resource utilization, verify adherence to corporate policies, and support the management team in maintaining sound governance practices.

    Vehicle Mechanic

    Responsibilities
    Vehicle Diagnosis & Repair:

    • Inspect vehicles using diagnostic tools to identify mechanical/electrical faults.
    • Repair and replace faulty components such as brakes, steering systems, engines, suspensions, batteries, and cooling systems.
    • Troubleshoot vehicle issues relating to noise, vibration, overheating, poor performance, or leaking systems.

    Preventive Maintenance:

    • Perform routine servicing such as oil changes, filter replacement, tire rotation, brake servicing, and lubrication.
    • Conduct safety checks and ensure vehicles meet regulatory and manufacturer standards.
    • Maintain accurate service logs and recommend future maintenance schedules.

    Workshop Operations:

    • Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
    • Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
    • Work collaboratively with other mechanics and support staff to meet service timelines.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    • Complete job cards, service records, and parts requisition forms.
    • Report major faults or required parts replacement to the supervisor.
    • Document repair costs and time spent per vehicle.
