    Strategic Head, Business Development

    Job Description

    • This is not a sales role.
    • We’re looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager who understands how growth is designed, not just sold.
    • Someone who can operate confidently across public sector and private sector ecosystems, translate strategy into commercial outcomes, and enable sustainable revenue at scale.
    • If you understand market expansion strategy, product-led growth, enterprise and government procurement dynamics, and how to build structured, repeatable BD engines—this role is for you.

    The Opportunity

    • You will own and drive the business growth agenda—from identifying where the business should play, to shaping how it wins.
    • The focus is on strategic market positioning, partnerships, upselling, and long-term value creation, not transactional selling.
    • You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and commercial teams to ensure growth efforts are intentional, data-led, and aligned to long-term objectives.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For:

    • Designing and executing business development and market expansion strategies across public and private sectors
    • Identifying and evaluating new markets, industries, and revenue opportunities
    • Driving enterprise and government engagements, including partnerships, alliances, and strategic bids
    • Leading upselling and cross-selling strategies across existing client portfolios
    • Translating product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
    • Enabling sales effectiveness through strategic sales enablement, not aggressive selling
    • Structuring, negotiating, and closing high-value, complex deals
    • Conducting market intelligence, competitor analysis, and risk assessment to inform decisions
    • Collaborating with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure aligned execution
    • Tracking performance, reporting outcomes, and continuously refining strategy

    Requirements
    What We’re Looking For:

    • MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
    • 8+ years of experience in strategic business development, commercial strategy, or growth roles
    • Proven exposure to both public sector and private sector business development
    • Strong understanding of ICT / technology solutions, enterprise products, and market dynamics
    • Experience leading strategic growth initiatives, not just meeting sales targets
    • Ability to think at market, product, and portfolio level
    • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
    • Financial and commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset.

    Digital Marketing Strategist

    Job Summary

    • The Digital Marketing Strategist bridges the gap between creative storytelling and technical execution.
    • The role is designed to drive user adoption for educational and enterprise solutions by creating high-impact sales assets, managing strategic ecosystem partnerships, and overseeing the brand’s digital footprint.
    • The strategist will translate technical product features into benefit-driven marketing frameworks and manage the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

    Responsiblities

    • Create high-converting, sales-ready collaterals including pitch decks (product presentations), formal business proposals, and persuasive sales copies for landing pages and emails.
    • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with product ecosystem brands. Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives to drive user engagement and platform adoption.
    • End-to-end management of paid media. This includes Google Display & Video 360, Social Media Ads (LinkedIn, Meta), and niche display service platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Supervise social media activities by setting the brand tone and strategy.
    • Own the internal voice of the company by designing and drafting monthly newsletters and internal engagement collaterals.
    • Maintain our online presence by managing the WordPress environment (blogs, articles, and comments) and applying basic SEO principles to improve organic visibility.
    • Bridge the gap between technical functionality and user experience. You will craft clear, concise technical UX copy for product landing pages, app interfaces (inner pages), and tooltips to improve user journey and retention.
    • Develop messaging frameworks for new product features, ensuring that technical updates are launched with clear messaging for the end-user.
    • Act as a liaison between marketing, product teams, and external partners, ensuring all strategic objectives are aligned.

    Knowledge Requirement

    • Deep understanding of B2B Tech/EdTech marketing funnels and sales cycles.
    • Proven experience in UX Writing and technical product marketing.
    • Expertise in Google Display & Video 360 and Social Media Ad Managers.
    • Familiarity with WordPress CMS and organic SEO best practices.

    Office Assistant

    Job Purpose

    • To provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office while maintaining an efficient office environment.

    Responsiblities

    • Responsible for opening and closing of the office every work day and at any time such services are required
    • Keep the office area clean and tidy at all times
    • Greet clients or visitors and direct them to the appropriate quarters
    • Collect and deliver mails, other company correspondences within and outside the organisation
    • Monitor and ensure adequate distribution of office supplies, toiletries etc.
    • Take stock of office supplies or office items and make necessary requests for replacements where necessary
    • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
    • Support in photocopy and spiral binding of documents
    • Assist to buy meals and other refreshments for directors
    • Cater for company meetings
    • Inspect and document mileage of directors’ cars and ensure routine servicing is done promptly
    • Discharge any other responsibility that may be assigned by Supervisor
    • To ensure that there is general administrative office support to make staffs work effectively and efficiently and also to make clients and visitors comfortable.
