- This role requires a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, health communication, and data-driven optimisation, with the ability to balance creativity and compliance in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with SignalADoc’s business and marketing goals
- Create monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok as applicable)
- Identify content pillars that support education, engagement, trust, and conversion
Content Creation & Management
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content including graphics, short videos, carousels, captions, and stories
- Work with designers, video editors, doctors, and internal teams to produce accurate, compliant health content
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Community Management
- Manage daily engagement including comments, messages, mentions, and reviews
- Respond to audience questions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner
- Escalate medical or sensitive queries appropriately in line with internal guidelines
Campaign Execution
- Support awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns for products such as SignalADoc Chat
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams on social ad creatives and messaging
- Support influencer collaborations and campaign rollouts
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Use insights to optimise content, posting schedules, and audience targeting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all health-related content follows medical, ethical, and regulatory guidelines
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in health communication
- Protect user privacy and ensure sensitive conversations are handled appropriately
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Content Manager (minimum 2–4 years)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-friendly copy
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with designers, editors, and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, health-tech, or regulated industries
- Understanding of telemedicine or digital health products

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies (awareness → engagement → conversion → retention)
- Translate business goals into measurable digital marketing campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and campaign structure
- Optimise campaigns for key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Campaign Management
- Lead digital campaigns for SignalADoc products (e.g. Chat Service, Video Health Platform, App features)
- Collaborate with social media, content, and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
- Track and analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Use data to continuously optimise campaigns and improve conversion rates
Website, Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
- Optimise landing pages, click-to-WhatsApp funnels, and user journeys
- Improve lead quality and reduce drop-offs across the funnel
- Work with product and engineering teams to support growth experiments
Audience Targeting & Retargeting
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels
- Leverage user behaviour data (site visits, video views, chat initiations) for campaign optimisation
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising guidelines and data privacy standards
- Work closely with clinical and legal teams to ensure accuracy of health-related messaging
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles
- Strong experience running paid ads on Meta and Google (LinkedIn is a plus)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation
- Experience analysing campaign data and turning insights into action
- Ability to manage budgets and report ROI effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with content, design, and product teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health-tech, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Hands-on experience with click-to-WhatsApp campaigns and conversational funnels
- Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation, and attribution models
