    Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a meticulous QA/QC officer to ensure our manufactured components meet exacting quality standards.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for dimensional, visual, and documentation-based inspections across various manufacturing stages, supporting both product verification and process improvement within advanced and additive manufacturing environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform in-process and final inspections on precision components and assemblies.
    • Verify parts against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Use precision measuring tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges).
    • Document inspection results and support non-conformance investigations
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain quality control.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or equivalent manufacturing quality systems.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for additive manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal requirements.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or certificate in Quality, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a QA/QC role within an advanced or precision manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of GD&T, inspection techniques, and metrology.
    • Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
    • Experience with additive manufacturing quality standards is an advantage.
    • Excellent attention to detail and data recording accuracy.
