    Social Media Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    Social Media Management

    • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
    • Create and implement social media campaigns to promote products, services, and special offers.
    • Monitor and respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
    • Engage with followers to build a strong online community and foster brand loyalty.

    Sales and Customer Engagement

    • Process and track sales inquiries received through social media.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide daily and weekly reports on social media performance and online sales.

    Content Creation and Strategy

    • Take high-quality photos and videos of products, pets, and services for marketing purposes.
    • Stay updated on social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
    • Work closely with the management team to align content with the store's goals and brand voice.

    General Responsibilities

    • Monitor competitors’ online activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
    • Ensure all posts reflect the store’s professionalism and commitment to quality service.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Must reside in Lekki or nearby environments.
    • Must be available to resume immediately.
    • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses (portfolio required).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
    • Basic photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
    • Passion for pets and knowledge of pet care is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

    Sales and Administrative Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    Sales and Customer Support

    • Assist customers in selecting products, understanding services, and addressing inquiries about pet care.
    • Maintain knowledge of store inventory, promotions, and new arrivals.
    • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the store’s POS system.
    • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.

    Administrative and Operational Support

    • Manage customer bookings for boarding, grooming, and veterinary services.
    • Maintain accurate records for sales, bookings, and inventory.
    • Provide daily updates on store needs, including product restocking and equipment maintenance.
    • Conduct market runs to purchase supplies and materials for store operations.
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

    Store Maintenance and Coordination

    • Coordinate with grooming and veterinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with management to replenish inventory promptly.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

    Requirements

    • Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas.
    • Must be available to resume immediately.
    • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with POS systems.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • A genuine love for animals and willingness to learn about pet care and products.
    • Physical ability to perform market runs and manage basic store tasks.
