Job Overview

• The Media & Communications Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and fostering a vibrant online community around our brands and products.
• This person will be responsible for creating engaging and authentic contents, building relationships with our audience and leveraging various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and community engagements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing and implementing a community engagement strategy aligned with the brand while fostering a sense of community with the audience/customers.
• Creating and curating compelling video contents featuring personal interactions showcasing and speaking about our products for social media, forums, and communities.
• Monitoring social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
• Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend reach and strengthen community.
• Maintaining brand presence and engagements and responding timely to community inquiries, comments, and feedback.
• Organizing and executing online/offline community events or campaigns, webinars and challenges while encouraging participation to foster community interactions and loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Must have at least an HND qualification.
• Must be able to feature in creative video contents.
• Must have proven experience as a social media manager, community manager or a similar role.
• Must have good understanding on the use of social media.
• Must have an exceptional communication and interpersonal skill.
• Must have great team work and leadership skills.
• Must possess good time management skills.
• Must live within Isolo/Ago/Festac and environs.

• The Inventory and liaison officer will be accountable for the company’s nationwide stock; making sure stock is accurate at all time and also be in constant communication with all agents working with the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Accounting for all incoming and outgoing stock
• Making sure products are well stocked with agents nationwide
• Ensuring timely communication with agents nationwide
• Monitoring every stock requested from and returned to the main office
• Creating due process to be followed in accessing the Inventory
• Ensuring prompt actions and services from agents nationwide.

Job Requirements

• Must have at least HND
• Must have good management skills
• Must have good accountability
• Must be able to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as an inventory manager or store keeper
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Must have good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs.
