    Site Acquisition Specialist

    ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify potential locations for base station installations based on technical requirements, network coverage objectives, and zoning regulations.
    • Conduct thorough site evaluations to determine the feasibility of a location, considering factors such as accessibility, power availability, environmental impact, and structural suitability.
    • Liaise with local authorities, municipalities, and zoning boards to obtain necessary permits and approvals for base station installations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Negotiate lease agreements with property owners or land agents to secure site access rights for base station installations. This involves discussing terms, rental rates, contract duration, and any additional site-specific requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities, including site evaluation reports, lease agreements, permits, and other relevant documentation. Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as network engineering, legal, and operations, as well as external stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and community organizations, to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Manage multiple site acquisition projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of milestones and adherence to project timelines.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as telecommunications, urban planning, or real estate is typically required.
    • Prior experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunications industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with base station deployment and wireless network infrastructure is a plus.
    • Good understanding of zoning regulations, permitting processes, and legal considerations related to site acquisition for telecommunications infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of RF engineering principles and network design concepts is beneficial.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder management, lease negotiations, and coordination with internal teams and external parties.
    • Ability to analyze technical and geographical data, conduct site evaluations, and make informed decisions based on feasibility and suitability factors.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion.
    • Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing legal documents, permits, and site evaluation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues related to site acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder concerns in a proactive and timely manner.

    Construction Manager

    ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting
    • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

    • Familiarity with base station equipment, tower installation, antenna systems, and related telecommunications infrastructure is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in using project management software and tools is also important.
    • Excellent leadership abilities to effectively manage construction teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.

    ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop strategies to differentiate the company's products and services from competitors.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to promote the company's base station solutions and services.
    • Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports and present findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.

    QUALIFICATION/SKILLS

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
    • In-depth understanding of the base station industry, including knowledge of telecommunications networks, wireless technologies, and infrastructure requirements.
    • Familiarity with 4G/5G technologies and trends is highly desirable.
    • 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry. Experience in selling base station solutions or related products is a significant advantage.
    • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable business development plans.
    • Analytical skills to assess market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-makers at various levels.
    • Proactive and self-driven attitude to identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
