REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as telecommunications, urban planning, or real estate is typically required.
Prior experience in site acquisition, real estate, or telecommunications industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with base station deployment and wireless network infrastructure is a plus.
Good understanding of zoning regulations, permitting processes, and legal considerations related to site acquisition for telecommunications infrastructure.
Knowledge of RF engineering principles and network design concepts is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder management, lease negotiations, and coordination with internal teams and external parties.
Ability to analyze technical and geographical data, conduct site evaluations, and make informed decisions based on feasibility and suitability factors.
Proficient in project management methodologies, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion.
