REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is typically required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in construction project management, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, and practices is essential.
Familiarity with base station equipment, tower installation, antenna systems, and related telecommunications infrastructure is advantageous.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools is also important.
Excellent leadership abilities to effectively manage construction teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey project information, instructions, and reports clearly and professionally.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Ability to identify and solve problems, make decisions under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements relevant to construction projects.
