Role Overview

• The Saloon Expert (Nail & Makeup) will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail and makeup services to clients while ensuring a pleasant and personalized experience.
• The ideal candidate has strong skills in both nail artistry and makeup application, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel, acrylic, and other specialized techniques.
• Deliver professional makeup services for various occasions (e.g., bridal, formal events, casual makeup).
• Stay updated on current trends and advise clients on suitable styles and colors for nails and makeup.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing a welcoming and attentive experience.
• Address any client concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each client.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance practices for both nails and makeup.
• Promote and sell salon products and services to clients, such as nail care kits, makeup items, and skincare products.
• Keep track of inventory levels for tools, products, and supplies; alert management of low stock.
• Keep abreast of industry advancements, new techniques, and popular trends in nail and makeup services.

Key Requirements

• Education / Certification: Minimum of High School Diploma (SSCE)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Nail & Makeup Artist or in a similar role.
• Skills: Proficient in nail art, extensions, gel, and acrylic applications. Strong skills in makeup application for various skin tones and face shapes.
• Additional Qualities: Creativity, attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, passion for beauty trends, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

• The Admin and Account Officer will be responsible for managing the salon's administrative and financial functions.
• This role includes maintaining accurate financial records, managing client appointments, handling payroll, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
