    Sales Executive

    Role Summary

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships for the company’s solar and power solutions. This role is target-driven and ideal for a sales professional with strong negotiation skills and an interest in renewable energy solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
    • Generate and qualify leads through field sales, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels.
    • Present and promote solar power solutions to prospective clients
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
    • Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships before and after project execution.
    • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and smooth project delivery.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 2–5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or technical solutions
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to understand and sell technical products and solutions
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
    • Willingness to work in a field-based and target-driven environment

    Digital Content Consultant

    Role Summary

    • The Digital Content Consultant will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital content/marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation with a focus on business growth.
    • This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong execution skills and strategic thinking, ready to take ownership of the company’s digital growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
    • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media, website, and digital advertising platforms.
    • Plan, create, and oversee content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, etc.
    • Optimize digital content and campaigns using SEO, analytics, and performance data.
    • Manage lead-generation campaigns and support the sales pipeline with qualified digital leads.
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and clean-energy market insights.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or marketing consulting
    • Proven experience with SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, etc.
    • Strong content development, copywriting, and storytelling skills
    • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
    • Ability to translate technical clean-energy solutions into clear, compelling marketing messages
    • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in clean energy, technology, B2B services, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
