Job Description

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• 5 years experience in marketing or sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in management is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the entire furniture production in the factory
• Conduct quality control checks on production works within the factory before deliverables are sent out.
• Plan and manage production materials estimation, technical purchase, cutting lists, quality, and factory administration.
• Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with different sections involving production.
• Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
• Manage staff and ensure their training.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Prepare and analyze production and performance reports for each project.
• Build a motivated, competent, and results-focused manufacturing team.
• Chair production meetings to communicate weekly requirements to each of the production departments.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND qualification
• 5 years experience in a production management position.
• 7-10 years experience in the furniture/joinery sectors
• Deep understanding of modern furniture production and accessories techniques
• Planning and organization skills with strong communication skills to lead the overall production process.
• Must have good knowledge in preparing cutting lists and material sourcing.
• Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems
• Capacity to grasp concepts easily.
• Must be able to handle responsibilities and the pressure of meeting deadline
• Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specification
• Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
• Load raw materials into the CNC machine.
• Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
• Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
• Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
• Training new staff on machine operation procedures.

Requirements

• HND or Diploma in the field.
• Previous work experience as a CNC programmer.
• Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
• Extensive experience with computer modeling software.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.
