    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking for highly qualified Sales and Marketing officersto join our team and take charge of overseeing both our Sales and Business Development transactions/activities, at our esteemed Asaba branch Delta State.
    • As the officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market base

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the activities of the Sales and Marketing team to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services effectively.
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations Teams to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
    • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, making recommendations for optimization as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of HND / BSc in a relevant discipline with a strong preference for a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and business development.
    • Exceptional emotional intelligence and social intelligence, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Valid driver's license with a good driving record, and thorough knowledge of the road network in Lagos.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
    • Strong assertive personality with excellent listening skills.

    Job Description

    • Your role will encompass managing administrative tasks, handling financial transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage general office operations, supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
    • Support basic accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
