About the Role

• As a Sales and Business Development Analyst at Trontier, your duties will include leading B2B engagements, evaluating our operations, improving sales revenue, and building a sustainable customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Using Data Driven approaches to analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Conducting market research to understand current market trends
• Identifying cost reductions to increase sales revenue.
• Reporting findings and obtaining approval from senior management, when required.
• Adding value to Trontier’s offerings to increase sales.
• Evaluating and improving sales strategies, as well as identifying business opportunities and potential clients.
• Writing proposals and liaising with other departments to align strategies.
• Analyzing consumer behavior to meet product demand and preferences.
• Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
• Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
• Identifying and negotiating sales deals that promote sustained income.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or similar.
• Master of Business Administration D degree (MBA) preferred.
• Previous experience as a business development analyst in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software
• Advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
• Ability to conduct market research and write compelling sales pitches.
• Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
• Proven ability to increase competitiveness and market share.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.
• Competency in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals.

About the Role

• As a Data Solutions Architect at Trontier you will define and design complex IT and digital solutions, inspire high-performing teams, and provide our clients with products of exceptional quality and value.
• With your extensive technical knowledge, you will be able to direct the creation of our solutions and represent your team and stakeholders in meetings pertaining to the project. This will enable you to direct the team's technical vision and direction and assist them as necessary in making technical decisions.
• Additionally, you will be well-versed in data analytics and have practical experience using it to drive data-driven project components.
• In addition to having the ability to collaborate with important senior stakeholders, you must be skilled at developing and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and shape the outcomes of the project by defining technical architecture.
• Collate technical and functional requirements through workshops with senior stakeholders
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into technical proposals and working to scope and define work for our delivery teams.
• Build and nurture client relationships and advise and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including Executive and C-level.
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
• Analyse current business practice, processes, and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities for leveraging Data & Analytics solutions on various platforms.
• Develop Data & Analytics solution proposals that provide details of project scope, approach, deliverables, project timeline, risks, assumptions, and pricing estimates.
• Provide architectural and technical expertise to sales, training, project, and other analytics teams.
• Hire and oversee the technical delivery team including data analysts, data engineers, data scientists and BI developers.
• Perform project management activities such as forecasting, resource and budget management and tracking key project metrics.
• Work on short to medium term commercial and non-commercial research and data projects, to include data scoping, collection/ procurement, analysis, visualisation, interpretation and writing up.
• Develop processes and simple data pipelines to improve reporting efficiencies.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience of managing successful technology-driven projects and delivering digital transformation programmes.
• Experience within an internal or external client-facing consultancy role.
• Experience in programme/project management, with a track-record of reliable, consistent high-quality delivery.
• Experience in managing programme governance, risk, and reporting processes, both internal and client-facing.
• A proven technical lead/architect track-record, designing and delivering complex IT and Digital solutions.
• Ability to produce client ready solution architecture, business understandable presentations and good communication skills to lead and run workshops
• Ability to estimate complexity, effort and cost
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Python, SQL, PowerBI, advanced Excel and tableau. Experience in statistical modelling or machine learning is a plus
• Highly experienced with data and statistics management with the ability to work with a range of data from official statistics, to web data (and everything in between)
• Ability to critically interpret, evaluate and consolidate information into written research reports with the ability to explain complex process to people who aren't experts.
• Highly developed understanding of data science, and statistical methods.
