    Relationship Manager (Deposit Mobilization)

    Position Overview:

    • The Relationship Manager (Deposit Mobilization) is responsible for sourcing and managing deposit accounts for IBILE Microfinance Bank. The role involves fostering relationships with individual clients, corporate entities, and institutional investors to increase the bank’s deposit base. The Relationship Manager will provide tailored financial advice, promote the bank’s products, and ensure client satisfaction while working towards set deposit mobilization targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deposit Growth: Develop strategies to identify potential depositors and actively engage them to grow the bank’s deposit base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with key clients, offering personalized banking services to ensure retention and satisfaction.
    • Prospecting: Identify and prospect new deposit opportunities through networking and strategic market analysis.
    • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Introduce clients to other bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment products, to maximize value.
    • Compliance Management: Ensure all deposit mobilization activities adhere to the bank’s regulatory and compliance frameworks.
    • Client Advisory: Provide advisory services on deposit schemes, interest rates, and banking products that align with the client’s financial goals.
    • Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly deposit mobilization targets set by the bank’s management.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Credit, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver seamless client experiences.
    • Market Monitoring: Regularly assess market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for product development and deposit strategies.
    • Client Portfolio Expansion: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on creating long-term relationships and enhancing client loyalty.

    • As a pool car driver, you will be responsible for providing reliable, safe, and timely driving services for our senior executive while maintaining a high level of professionalism. If you have strong knowledge of Lagos routes and a track record of punctuality and safe driving, this is the perfect role for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Executive Transportation: Safely transport senior executives to and from designated locations, meetings, and appointments in a timely manner.
    • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, maintained, and in excellent running condition by conducting routine checks and promptly reporting any issues.
    • Route Planning: Use knowledge of traffic patterns and best routes within Lagos Island and Lekki to ensure timely arrival at destinations while avoiding traffic delays.
    • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of courtesy, discretion, and confidentiality while transporting executives.
    • Compliance: Adhere to all road safety regulations, driving laws, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and vehicles.
    • Errand Support: Perform other related driving or office support duties as requested by senior management.

    Key Requirements

    • Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
    • Driving Experience: At least 3 years of driving experience, with 3 years in executive or corporate driving roles.
    • Driver’s License: Must have a valid Nigerian driver’s license.
    • Knowledge of Lagos Roads: Strong knowledge of Lagos Island, Lekki, and surrounding areas.
    • Professional Appearance: Must be presentable, punctual, and possess good interpersonal skills.
    • Safety Conscious: Strong understanding of road safety regulations and a proven track record of safe driving.
    • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by executives' schedules.
    • Communication Skills: Basic communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
    • Age: Preferably between 30-45 years.
