    Relationship Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the real estate and construction value chain.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
    • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement and client satisfaction.

    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for our client, a manufacturing company with a sizable expatriate workforce.
    • The HR Manager will have extensive experience managing a diverse workforce, including expatriates, and must be highly skilled in high-volume recruitment in high-attrition environments, with strong emphasis on legal compliance and manufacturing standards.

    Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    • Manage all HR aspects for a sizable expatriate workforce, including but not limited to visa/work permit processing, cultural integration, compensation packages, and compliance with home and host country labor laws and tax regulations.
    • Develop and execute aggressive recruitment strategies to address high-volume staffing needs and mitigate the impact of high attrition common in the manufacturing sector.
    • Manage performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Develop succession planning and career pathing programs to help reduce attrition and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws (e.g., wage and hour, EEO, health & safety), and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes.
    • Possess a very deep knowledge of manufacturing standards, practices, and operational requirements (e.g., safety protocols, quality management systems).
    • Design and deliver training programs focused on reinforcing manufacturing technical skills and safety compliance.

    Education, Qualifications, and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role and in a manufacturing, industrial environment.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Proven track record in managing complex employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
    • Demonstrated experience managing talent acquisition for technical and skilled labor roles.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex HR issues.

    HR Generalist (Manufacturing Sector Experience Preferred)

    Job Summary

    • The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support to the manufacturing facility, partnering with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies that support high-volume operations.
    • The role is heavily focused on regulatory compliance, recruiting in high-attrition environments, and supporting adherence to production standards.

    Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application.
    • Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
    • Administer the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning for plant personnel.
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
    • Lead end-to-end, high-volume recruitment efforts for all manufacturing and plant-based positions (operators, technicians, material handlers, etc.).
    • Conduct new-hire orientation and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the manufacturing environment.
    • Track employee training records to ensure 100% compliance with safety and required operational certifications.
    • Coordinate logistics for internal and external training sessions.
    • Assist in developing basic training materials, especially for new hire orientations and policy refreshers.

    Quantitative Indices (KPIs)

    • Reduce attrition rate through targeted retention strategies.
    • Ensure 100% onboarding compliance (documentation, induction, submissions).
    • Conduct mandatory regulatory trainings with 100% employee participation.
    • Facilitate employee welfare/engagement forums with documented feedback.
    • Close Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) with documented follow-up.

    Education, Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 6 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong interpersonal and employee-relations skills.
    • Effective communication (written and verbal) with ability to prepare HR reports and documentation.
    • Ability to work effectively with production supervisors, line managers, and union representatives.
    • Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR operations simultaneously.
