    Relationship Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the real estate and construction value chain.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
    • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Construction Teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and market insights to clients and senior management.
    • Track, monitor, and report client activity and revenue performance.

    Education, Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in client relationship management or business development.
    • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a strong added advantage.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong relationship management and client-facing skills.
    • Excellent communication and ability to prepare professional client reports and proposals.
    • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business partnerships.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
