    Registered & Axillary Nurse

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
    • Monitor patient conditions, assess vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
    • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
    • Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.

    Receptionist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
    • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to callers.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings and events.
    • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Maintain records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in using office equipment, such as phone systems and computer software.
    • Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
    • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors while maintaining composure.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
    • Knowledge of basic office protocols and procedures.
