    Regional Business Manager

    Job Overview

    • A reputable brand in the premium fashion accessories and lifestyle retail sector is looking to hire a Regional Business Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth in its Abuja region.
    • This is a strategic leadership role that blends sales performance with team development and retail excellence.
    • The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role within the retail, fashion, or luxury consumer goods sector, with strong business acumen and the ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple store locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and drive regional sales targets and market expansion strategies.
    • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and support teams within the region.
    • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure operational compliance and implement best practices in sales execution.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands is compulsory.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).

    Mechanical Sales Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Develop and deliver technical proposals tailored to client specifications.
    • Provide expert consultation and recommend engineering solutions that align with customer requirements.
    • Work closely with engineering and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
    • Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
    • Offer technical support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, client meetings, and market insights.
    • Generate and submit weekly reports on sales performance, client visits, and market developments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment, pumps, valves, or mechanical systems industry.
    • Hands-on understanding of fluid control systems, industrial piping, valves, pumps, and related mechanical components.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
