    Real Estate Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth project execution.
    • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to manage property development and acquisitions.
    • Supervise budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all real estate projects.
    • Maintain all administrative records, contracts, and documentation.

    Branch Leader

      Job Summary   

    • The Branch Leader is responsible for driving business growth, increasing market share, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned branch. 
    • This role requires a seasoned banking professional with a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in relationship management, credit administration, and business development.  

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to expand the bank’s market share and increase account acquisition.
    • Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and internal controls.
    • Drive deposit mobilization, loan growth, and overall profitability while maintaining a healthy portfolio.
    • Monitor credit risk, oversee loan appraisals, and ensure strict adherence to credit policies.
    • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management to branch staff.
    • Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring continuous training and motivation of team members.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, SMEs, and corporate organizations.
    • Ensure seamless digital banking adoption, increasing usage of Cards, Online Banking, and Instant Banking services.
    • Monitor and initiate recovery actions for non-performing loans (NPL) to maintain asset quality.
    • Prepare and submit timely performance reports to regional heads and senior management.

    • Retail Customer Acquisition & Deposit Growth 
    • SME Deposit & Loan Growth 
    • Trade Volumes & Export Proceeds 
    • Digital Banking Adoption (Cards, Instant Banking, Online Banking) 
    • Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Ratio 
    • Internal Audit Rating & Regulatory Compliance 
    • Overall Branch Profitability (PBT).

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Social Sciences, Accounting, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 6–7 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit administration, financial analysis, and risk management.
    • Exceptional people management, business development, and strategic planning abilities.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    Relationship Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with clients.
    • This role involves advising customers on financial solutions, ensuring excellent service delivery, and achieving revenue targets.
    • The ideal candidate must possess strong sales acumen, credit risk knowledge, and a proactive approach to client relationship management.  

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire and manage high-value clients to drive deposit growth and revenue generation. Provide tailored financial solutions that align with customers’ needs and investment goals.
    • Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Process and manage new account openings, deposit rollovers, and FX transactions.
    • Track and update customer transactions while ensuring timely documentation. Identify potential business opportunities and escalate high-value leads to senior management.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Prepare and submit marketing and financial reports to the Branch Leader.  

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Deposit volume and portfolio growth Market share expansion and revenue performance Credit quality and risk assessment accuracy Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution efficiency  

    Candidate Profile

    • Minimum of 2–3 years of full-time banking experience in relationship management, sales, or financial advisory. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business, or related fields.
    • HND holders must possess a Master’s degree.
    • Strong understanding of banking operations, credit analysis, and financial advisory.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
