Job Brief

• We are looking for a reliable Quality AssuranceManager that will analyze, developand maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement, industry standards, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
• Creating sop's and developing new products.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality reports.
• Conduct internal audits, inspection and risk assessments.
• Identify and mitigatr quality-related risks.
• Manage quality budget and resources.
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC,SON and other regulatory industry standards.
• Develop and maintain quality management system (QMS).

Requirements and Skills

• BS/MA degree in Quality engineering, Industrial engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of quality managment experience.
• Strong knowledeg of quality management system
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solvingskills
• Familarity with Nigerian regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Professional qualification such as National Institute of Quality Assurance(NIQA)or similar will be considered a plus.

• The Export Project Manager will be responsible for managing export projects, conducting market research, sales activities, and overseeing communication related to export operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage export projects, setting goals, objectives and timelines.
• Monitor day to day activities of the sales people.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and production teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Take care of manufacturing, agents, documentation, logistics, stickers and other approvals
• Be current on upcoming foreign food exhibition and registration.
• Responsible for hiring experience sales person in other countries
