Dispatch / Recovery Officer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos , Ondo , Osun
- Job Field Logistics
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver items, documents, and packages to assigned locations promptly.
- Follow up with customers for repayment of outstanding debts.
- Visit clients physically to recover overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and recovery activities.
- Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers where necessary.
- Provide daily reports on deliveries and recovery progress.
- Ensure proper handling of company assets and assigned motorcycle.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Escalate unresolved recoveries.
Education
- B.Sc / HND / OND at the minimum.
- Basic Knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
- 2 – 3 years experience in SME Loan or Merchant Lending
- Previous work Experience or training in sales (Preferred).
