    Production Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure consistent product quality, optimal output, and smooth workflow across all production lines.
    • This person will manage production planning, supervise staff, track materials, enforce Good Manufacturing Practices, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer and wholesale orders.

    Key Responsibilities
    Production Planning & Coordination:

    • Develop and manage weekly and monthly production plans.
    • Allocate tasks across production assistants and ensure timely execution.
    • Coordinate daily workflow to meet sales demand and order fulfillment targets.

    Quality Control & Compliance:

    • Enforce SOPs for all product lines (skincare, haircare, soaps, etc.).
    • Conduct quality checks during and after production to maintain product consistency.
    • Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with manufacturing guidelines.

    Inventory & Material Management:

    • Track raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods.
    • Raise requisitions for material replenishment and prevent stockouts.
    • Work closely with procurement to maintain proper stock levels.

    Team Leadership & Supervision:

    • Supervise production staff and assign daily tasks.
    • Train new team members on production processes and SOPs.
    • Ensure discipline, teamwork, and adherence to timelines.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate batch records, production logs, and wastage reports.
    • Submit weekly reports to Operations or Management.
    • Monitor production efficiency and suggest improvements.

    Process Improvement & Equipment Management:

    • Monitor equipment functionality and report faults immediately.
    • Recommend process improvements to reduce errors, waste, and delays.
    • Support R&D in testing new product formulas when required.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc. preferably in Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 – 5 years production/operations experience (FMCG or cosmetics is a plus).
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines.
    • Good knowledge of production planning, documentation, and quality standards.

    Inventory Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Inventory Officer is responsible for tracking, recording, and managing all raw materials, packaging items, and finished products within the Mara Cruiz production and warehouse system.
    • The role ensures accurate stock levels, prevents stockouts, reduces wastage, and supports smooth production and order fulfillment.

    Key Responsibilties
    Inventory Tracking & Recording:

    • Maintain updated records of all raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods.
    • Record all stock received and issued using approved inventory tools (Excel, Odoo, etc.).
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.

    Stock Reconciliation:

    • Compare physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies.
    • Investigate shortages, excesses, and damaged items.
    • Prepare reconciliation reports for management review.

    Order & Production Support:

    • Ensure production receives the correct materials for each batch.
    • Track material usage per batch to control wastage.
    • Confirm availability of all items needed before production begins.

    Stock Replenishment & Procurement Support:

    • Monitor stock levels and generate timely requisitions to avoid stockouts.
    • Notify procurement and management when stock is low.
    • Maintain reorder points and minimum stock levels.

    Warehouse & Storage Management:

    • Ensure proper storage of raw materials to prevent damage.
    • Label shelves and materials clearly for easy identification.
    • Implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) or FIFO (First In, First Out) where relevant.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Provide daily and weekly stock movement reports.
    • Document materials issued for production and finished goods returned.
    • Track wastage, damaged goods, and expired materials.

    Compliance & Control:

    • Enforce internal inventory SOPs and audit requirements.
    • Reduce material loss, theft, and unrecorded stock movement.
    • Support internal and external audits when necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years experience.

    Sales / Customer Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, managing customer relationships, online sales activities, and promoting Mara Cruiz Organics’ products across retail, wholesale, and direct customer channels.
    • The role requires a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven individual who can convert leads to sales, build trust with customers, and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Actively promote and sell all Mara Cruiz Organics products.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Convert leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, referrals, ads, and walk-ins into paying customers.
    • Conduct daily follow-ups on warm and cold leads.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain excellent customer service from inquiry to after-sales.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat purchases.
    • Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.

    Market Research & Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on competitor prices and market trends.
    • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for expansion.
    • Gather customer feedback to help improve products and sales strategy.

    Order Processing & Documentation:

    • Ensure accurate invoicing, payment confirmation, and order recording.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to ensure timely delivery.
    • Maintain a clean and organized sales record daily.

    Reporting & Accountability:

    • Submit daily sales reports and updates on KPIs.
    • Track inventory levels and notify the team of low-stock items.
    • Participate in weekly sales review meetings.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • OND / HND / B.Sc in any field (Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields an advantage).
    • 1–3 years sales experience

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service ability.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
    • High energy level, confidence, and resilience.
    • Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram sales, and basic Excel.
    • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
