    Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales plan.
    • Assist the Marketing Manager in managing the department’s activities, including preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
    • Attend and participate in marketing operations or events to increase brand awareness.
    • Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media (social, print, etc.).
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to boost the effectiveness of marketing strategies and improve the company’s presence.
    • Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success and amend marketing measures when necessary.
    • Create and oversee the distribution and publication of content or marketing materials.
    • Help develop customer research databases.
    • Recognize, study, and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
    • Use research conclusions and analysis to determine the overall direction on upcoming marketing projects, new services or products and the overall strategy.
    • Achieving / exceeding sales target.

    Digital Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
    • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
    • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
    • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
    • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns

    Graphic Designer

    • Amending Designs Based on Feedback: Graphic designers must be open to critique and willing to make adjustments to their designs based on client or team feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
    • Maintaining Brand Consistency: They ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across various platforms and materials.
    • Testing Graphics Across Media: Graphic designers test their designs to ensure they work effectively across different media, including print and digital formats, and make necessary adjustments.

    Qualifications
