    Head, Savings and Sales

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Savings and Sales to join their team.
    • This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial services to drive savings product growth, develop sales strategies, and enhance customer acquisition.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate/provide guide for savings product development, enhancement and management.
    • Package and implement all savings product related Loyalty Schemes
    • Liaise with CBN on all issues relating to savings product features e.g ensure that we obtain CBN approvals for all savings products developed/enhanced etc.
    • Attend bank’s product review meeting at CBN.
    • Package and implement all savings product related promo campaigns.
    • Continuous monitoring of Savings product performance/revalidate strategies to ensure optimal performance.
    • Evolve strategic marketing initiatives as well as product loyalty scheme to growing savings products e.g. SWEETA & FPSS Loyalty schemes, alliances with companies for event marketing.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • 7 - 10 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
