    Job Summary

    • The role involves working with various stakeholders within and outside the bank to develop and optimize agency banking products.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze market requirements and determine product needs.
    • Own and manage agency banking products across different industries, ensuring maximum returns.
    • Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to enhance product development.
    • Actively manage the product lifecycle to maximize profitability.
    • Report product performance against targets and provide action plans.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc / HND in a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in segment management and product management. Proven success in defining and launching products.
