Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Josiah Fidel Consulting

We are seeking a highly competent and disciplined Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and manage our Close Protection Department and Event Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate close protection assignments and event security operations
• Plan, deploy, and supervise security personnel for events and special engagements
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective security strategies
• Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to security protocols
• Liaise with clients, event planners, and relevant stakeholders
• Prepare reports and provide security briefings as required

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly resourceful with sound judgment
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to drive (valid driver’s license required)
• Security background will be an added advantage
• Educational qualifications are subject to the above competencies
