    Procurement Officer

    Location: Awka, Anambra

    Job Description

    • We are currently hiring a Procurement Officer for our Awka, Anambra State facility to effectively manage the sourcing of raw materials, oversee inbound logistics, and ensure timely replenishment to support smooth and efficient operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all procurement processes for raw materials and other inbound goods.
    • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
    • Oversee the receipt of all inbound logistics and keep records of all goods received.
    • Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
    • Maintain accurate records of all goods in the inbound store.
    • Monitor inventory levels of the inbound store to ensure timely replenishments.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and delivery schedules.
    • Make daily, weekly and monthly reports on the usage of raw materials for the management review.
    • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to forecast material needs.
    • Resolve any issues related to supplier performance or delivery delays.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 2 years proven experience in an accounting, procurement or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Salary
    N90,000 - N120,000 / month.

    HR Assistant

    Location: Awka, Anambra

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a HR Assistant at our facility in Awka, Anambra State, to support the HR department in managing documents, handling clerical duties, and performing other assigned tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the HR department in creating and preparing documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and job descriptions
    • Assist in payroll administration and other HR based tasks.
    • Manage office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
    • Collect and maintain employee data, including personal information and job roles.

    Accountant

    Location: Awka, Anambra 

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant at our facility in Awka, Anambra State.
    • The Accountant will be responsible for all financial related tasks to ensure efficiency in our operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Examine and monitor company expenditures to verify accuracy and alignment with budget policies.
    • Keep detailed records of receipts, invoices, procurement activities, and other financial documentation.
    • Generate expense summaries and submit them for management review.
    • Oversee procurement finances, including purchase requisitions, vendor disbursements, and cost monitoring.
    • Record procurement and expense transactions promptly in the accounting system.
    • Develop processes to track and reconcile daily financial transactions such as balances, payments, and statements.

    • Liaise with the logistics and warehouse team to confirm and validate required records and information.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND in Accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years experience in accounting or related roles.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
    • Proficiency in and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and high level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Professional certifications such as ICAN, CB, CPA or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
