    Plant Manager - Water Production Plant

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Oversee the entire plant operations including RO water treatment, bottling, packaging, and dispatch
    • Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal efficiency
    • Monitor plant KPIs such as output, downtime, and yield
    • Implement and enforce SOPs for all plant activities.
    • Ensure efficient operation of RO systems, filtration units, UV/ozone disinfection, and bottling lines

    Laboratory / Quality Control - Water Production Plant

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Conduct routine testing of raw water, RO permeate, and finished drinking water
    • Monitor parameters such as pH, TDS, turbidity, conductivity, hardness, alkalinity, residual chlorine
    • Perform microbiological tests to ensure water safety
    • Inspect finished products for quality, taste, odour, clarity, and packaging integrity
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
    • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment such as pH meters, TDS meters, spectrophotometers, incubators
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and samples
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory

    Operations Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily operations of RO systems, filtration units, UV/ozone disinfection, bottling, and packaging lines
    • Ensure production targets are met as per schedule
    • Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, flow rate, TDS, and pH
    • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Oversee bottle rinsing, filling, capping, labelling, and packing processes

    Bottling Plant Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate bottle blowing, rinsing, filling, capping, labelling, and shrink-wrapping machines.
    • Ensure correct machine settings for bottle size, fill volume, and production speed.
    • Monitor filling accuracy, cap sealing, and labelling alignment.
    • Ensure smooth changeover between different bottle sizes and SKUs.
    • Achieve daily production targets as per plan.
    • Minimize product wastage and rejection rates.
    • Monitor line efficiency and downtime.
    • Record hourly production data and stoppage reasons.
    • Ensure bottles are properly rinsed and sanitized before filling.

    • Experience in fully automatic bottling lines.
    • Should have hands-on experience in operating bottle blowing, rinsing, filling, capping, and labelling machines in bottled water or beverage industry.
    • Should demonstrate ability to set and adjust machine parameters for different bottle sizes and production requirements.
    • Should possess working knowledge of GMP, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance applicable to packaged drinking water plants.
    • Should have practical experience in identifying and troubleshooting minor mechanical and pneumatic issues in filling and packaging equipment.
    • Should be capable of maintaining line efficiency, reducing downtime, and minimizing rejection/wastage rates.
    • Should have experience in performing line changeovers and production setup with minimal downtime.
    • Should demonstrate understanding of in-process quality checks such as fill volume accuracy, cap sealing integrity, and label positioning.
    • Should have good documentation skills for maintaining production logs and shift reports.
