    Phone Collection Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively contact customers with delinquent accounts to negotiate repayment and resolve outstanding balances
    • Consistently meet and exceed monthly recovery targets through effective communication and negotiation strategies
    • Ensure strict adherence to FCCPC regulations and internal company compliance policies during all collection activities
    • Accurately document customer interactions, commitments, and payment agreements in the internal CRM/database
    • Handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
    • Secure one-time settlements and develop structured and sustainable repayment plans based on customer’s financial situations

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in loan/phone collection, tele-recovery, or debt recovery
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Familiarity with FCCPC rules will be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in CRM or collection management platforms is a plus

    Field Collection Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct on-site visits to users with overdue balances to secure repayment of outstanding installments
    • Engage users to understand financial challenges and agree on realistic repayment arrangements
    • Verify and update customer information and repayment status promptly in the recovery system
    • Retrieve devices or collateral from customers who default, in line with company recovery procedures and documentation
    • Maintain productive relationships with local police authorities within the assigned LGA to support long-overdue or fraudulent cases where necessary
    • Report field collection activities, observations, and suspected fraud cases to the supervisor as required
    • Collaborate with the Risk Control and Customer Service teams to support enhanced repayment performance
    • Uphold professionalism and protect the company’s brand reputation during all field operations

    Requirements

    • SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc in any related discipline
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in field collections, field agent operations, or related roles
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly/monthly recovery targets
    • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
    • Familiarity with FCCPC recovery guidelines is an added advantage
    • Must be street-smart and maintain high ethical standard

    In-Shop Sales Agents

    • This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a passion for helping customers access mobile devices through flexible payment plans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively approach and engage walk-in customers at 3C HUB retail locations to promote Flexi MFB’s mobile installment financing product
    • Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms in a clear and professional manner
    • Assist customers with onboarding, application submission, and required documentation
    • Provide accurate information, answer customer inquiries, and address concerns to ensure a seamless experience
    • Work closely with store staff and Flexi MFB operations teams to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals
    • Track daily leads, applications, conversions, and other assigned sales metrics
    • Follow up with pending customers to ensure completion of applications and final approvals
    • Ensure compliance with Flexi MFB sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements
    • Represent the Flexi MFB brand professionally while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and service standards

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification
    • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking, or telecom product sales is an added advantage
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer interaction
    • Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets (preferred, but not required)
    • Computer literacy and ability to use smartphones or digital onboarding tools effectively
    • Result-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
